La Camomille Romaine : Ses capitules luttent contre le stress, y compris celui de la peau en calmant irritations et réactions cutanées. Son action légèrement astringente en fait un bon tonique pour toutes les peaux.
Le Saule Blanc : Son écorce contient de l’acide salicylique, réputé pour stimuler le renouvellement cellulaire de la peau, lisser l’épiderme et réguler les imperfections grâce à ses propriétés exfoliantes et antibactériennes. Les tannins du saule ont un effet astringent, exactement ce qu’il faut pour raffermir les tissus et resserrer les pores.
L’Avoine : Riche en protéines nutritives et hydratantes, l'avoine est l’alliée des peaux sensibles et réactives. Les avenanthramides, un type d’antioxydants qu’on ne trouve que dans l’avoine, diminuent irritations, rougeurs et démangeaisons.
