Extremely simple: on dry skin, always start with the thighs (from the knee towards the groin), then the lower legs (from the ankles towards the knees), then the full legs (from the foot towards the groin). Next, move on to the arms (from the hand towards the armpit) and finish with the abdomen in circular motions clockwise. Always remember to end your movements towards the lymphatic cisterns (popliteal, inguinal, axillary) and towards the heart. Tap the brush on a towel to clean it and follow with a quick shower.
