Shalimar is the first oriental fragrance in the history of perfumery.
In its Eau de Toilette version, its trail is characterized by notes of bergamot, iris, and vanilla, leaving an unforgettable trace and embodying a sensuality on the edge, a hint of forbidden.

Inspired by the story of a passionate love between an emperor and an Indian princess, Shalimar, which means "Temple of Love" in Sanskrit, forever symbolizes the essence of desire.
In 1925, the bottle of Shalimar, designed by Raymond Guerlain, won the first prize at the Decorative Arts Exhibition in Paris. Its curves are inspired by the basins of the famous Shalimar gardens.
