The intercils eyeliner offers long-lasting results that enhance the radiance of the eyes. With no smudging or transfer effects, it applies easily at the base of the lashes (Laura's "tightline" technique). Available in 3 shades. You can place your favorite shade in a customizable palette of 3 or 6 eyeshadows (sold separately). Ophthalmologist tested. Suitable for contact lens wearers. Dermatologically and allergy tested to minimize the risk of allergies and irritations.
