Extrêmement simple : sur peau sèche, commencez toujours par les cuisses (du genou vers l'aine) puis les demi-jambes (des chevilles vers le genou) puis les jambes complètes (du pied vers l'aine). Puis, passez au niveau des bras (de la main vers l'aisselle) et finissez par le ventre en cercles dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre.
