The points collected with each purchase made on Place des Tendances are called "Mods". One Mod is awarded for every Euro/Pound sterling spent. As an example: An item purchased for ?110/£110 allows the customer to collect 110 Mods.

Two different membership levels give customers specific member benefits. The first level is Privilege membership, accessible to customers once they've collected 300 Mods. Once customers hit 500 Mods, they are upgraded to Premium membership.

Privilege members are customers who have collected 300 Mods or more within the last six months (rolling six-month period), without exceeding 499 Mods. Privilege members enjoy access to the following benefits:

• INSTANT 5% discounts on all ready-to-wear orders, valid throughout the year with the exception of sales periods. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other.
• INSTANT 10% discounts on our Beauty catalogue, valid throughout the year (with the exception of items from the Dyson & Christian Louboutin beauté brands) and pre-discounted items. (beauty offer not available in UK)
• Colissimo and Colissimo Europe delivery offered for purchases over €150.
• Access to our private member sales.
• Early-bird access to special offers and new brands.
• Fantastic surprises to enjoy throughout the year.

Premium members are customers who have collected 500 Mods or more within the last six months (rolling six-month period). Premium members enjoy access to the following benefits:

• INSTANT 20% discounts on our Beauty catalogue, valid throughout the year (with the exception of items from the Dyson & Christian Louboutin beauté brands) and pre-discounted items. (beauty offer not available in UK)

Once you log in to Place des Tendances, your discount is instantly applied to your basket. You can view your discounts once you have collected at least 300 Mods and are logged in to the website. If you don't have an account, you can create one by clicking here.

Log in to Place des Tendances and head over to the "My Benefits" section in the "My Account" area. From here, you can view your points balance, membership status and benefits.

To view your Mods balance, you just need to sign in and go to your Place des Tendances account. Click on the "My mods balance" section. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking here.

Mods are accumulated automatically with each order. When you place an order, Place des Tendances automatically calculates the number of points earned. A purchase of one euro corresponds to one Mod. If you make a return or an exchange your Mods balance will be automatically updated accordingly. For example: If you place an order for two items with respective values of 100 euro. The amount of your order will be 200 euro. You will therefore earn 200 Mods. If you return one of the items for a refund, Place des Tendances will deduct 100 Mods from your loyalty account. If you exchange an item for an item of an equivalent value, your Mods balance will stay the same, i.e. 200 Mods

Your Mods balance is calculated automatically. A purchase of one euro corresponds to one Mod. You can check your balance at any time in the "My account" section of Place des Tendances.

You will keep your status as long as you have the required number of Mods. If this is no longer the case on the anniversary date, you will lose your status at the end of the month.
