Terracotta, the essential reference in Guerlain makeup, the number one for bronzing powders and natural glow in Europe¹ continues its endless reinvention with a limited edition of both its compact and iconic case: Terracotta Golden Dunes.

This new exclusive collection reinterprets the original myth of the Terracotta powder, launched by Maison Guerlain in 1984: capturing the multitude of shades of the Moroccan desert dunes, swept by the sun's rays.

It is this image of the sun sculpting the relief of the dunes that inspires the unique compacting of Terracotta Golden Dunes. The unique harmony of this collection is available in three new redesigned, refillable cases. Guerlain partners with the Aït Manos workshops to imagine this trio of exclusive cases. Perpetuating an ancestral know-how, this Moroccan manufacture strives to modernize exceptional Moroccan craftsmanship: zellige, a traditional ornamental mosaic composed of colored faience. These exceptional zellige patterns have been associated with a colorful marbled print reflecting the hues of semi-precious stones. Each of these refillable cases thus evokes a Moroccan desert:

• Blue Daklha: a lapis lazuli blue highlighted around a red geometric motif, in a composition punctuated by sky blue and white.


• Red Zagora: the contrast of garnet red and a duo of yellows through a motif in the shape of a stylized sun.


• Green Agafay: the color of jade dominates this decor with a star-patterned motif around a gradient of greens.
