The numerous natural vitamins in Wheat Germ Oil and the multiple virtues of the selected plants in the Energizing Concentrate restore vitality, volume, hold, and strength to the most tired hair. Apply strand by strand to dry scalp after mixing the two products well. Gently massage to distribute evenly, leave on for 15 minutes, then gradually emulsify by adding small amounts of water before rinsing thoroughly.
