SHAMPOO AS NORMAL, THEN EVENLY DISTRIBUTE A GENEROUS AMOUNT OF PRODUCT TO LENGTHS & ENDS OF TOWEL-DRIED HAIR. LEAVE FOR 5-10 MINUTES THEN RINSE WITH WARM WATER. USE 1-2 TIMES A WEEK.
