Having initially started out as a pianist, Annick Goutal quickly abandoned music to become a model in London. It was upon helping a friend launch her range of scented body creams that she landed in Grasse, where she discovered the craft of perfumery, an art form that captured her imagination. It was there that she decided to become a perfumer, and it didn't take long for her talents in perfume-making to shine through.
